On behalf of the Embassy of Malaysia in Paris, I wish to cordially invite you, your members and family to the Hari Raya Open House to be held on 6 July 2016 (TBC) at Rumah Malaysia, 48 Boulevard Suchet, 75016 Paris from 0930 to 1300hrs.

I am attaching herewith the tentative programme for your kind attention, please. We expect Raya to be on the 6th but there may be a possibility it will be on the 5th instead. We will alert you accordingly once we get confirmation from the Grand Mosque of Paris in the evening on the 4th.

How is everyone doing? We hope that everyone is in the pink of health and enjoying the good weather in Paris lately. Just fresh off the successful Malaysian Food Bazaar on 5 June 2016, we are glad to share with you that there will be another bazaar happening this Saturday, 25 June 2016 from 15h00 to 19h00 at 48 Rue de la Faisanderie 75116 Paris.

It is organized by local Malaysian ladies who hope to continue promoting our food and culture to the locals. In addition to reaching others through this promotional exercise, the food available during the day would provide Malaysians, who are familiar with the traditional fare offered, a chance to get their fix of the fabulous and flavorful Malaysian cuisines in Paris. Some of the cuisines that will be available during the event would be laksa Johor, nasi daging air asam, Ikan bakar, nasi Kerabu, Ikan Masak asam pedas, special Penang lamb curry, nasi lemak, nasi ayam penyet, kuih seri muka, talam keladi, apam & lots of other good stuff. Thinking about it just makes us salivating already.

For those who worry about the crowds and queues, worry not. The organizers have provided us with a link to pre-order your desired food online. Once you’ve placed your order, all you need to do is just show up to collect your order and make the payment.

Please bear in mind that this time around, the bazaar would accept only CASH payment and NO coupons system is implemented. Do bring enough cash for the event. There are lots of good food to be bought and brought home (believe me you’d probably would wanna buy as much as you want).

Do come and show support to our fellow Malaysians. Mark your calendar and be there to shop for our maddeningly delicious qMalaysian cuisines. Why cook up a storm yourself if you could just buy it there? So do not miss this opportunity.
