Salmon with white butter sauce serve with mashed potatoes
Chicken (HALAL) with mushroom sauce serve with rice
Cheese fondue (speciality of Le Chalet) – (***supplement of 5€)

Pavlova with red fruits & raspberry sherbet
Crème brulée à la cassonade

Children Menu 3-10yrs : 12€

Maximum seating capacity: 45 pax (MAF will have the same dining room as last Xmas)

Kindly indicate your choice for the main course and dessert to facilitate the organization of the restaurant & kitchen staff.
The restaurant waiters will set up specific tables for the fondue or raclette. (Example: a couple, one is having fondue, the other is having a fish or chicken dish) they will not be seated together.)
Santa Claus will make an appearance, so parents kindly prepare gift(s) & write down the name of your children on the gift(s) for Santa distribution.

Joseph (professional singer from KL) & carols singing by All guests.
IMPORTANT: …. “MAF No show policy” : Please kindly inform MAF with at least 3 days notice in case of no show to avoid wastage.
The owner, Mr Cyril Braun is ok for MAF to bring champagne, wine, soft drinks/ mineral water & desserts.
By wed, 13 December, MAF will forward to Le Chalet the quantity of the main dishes/desserts/drinks which were selected by guests on the “on-line registration” form.
